Purchase Terms

A package (3 or 6 sessions, a bank of 100 neurotoxin units, or 2 or more syringes of filler) is paid in full at the first visit and costs less per session than single sessions, as shown in the price table. The price you pay is the price shown when you buy, for the whole package.

Laser and microneedling packages: 18 months from the first session. Neurotoxin banks and filler: 12 months from purchase. Peels and facials: 12 months.

If a clinician decides a treatment should stop for a medical reason (a reaction, a pregnancy, a new medicine), we refund the unused sessions in full at the package rate, or move them to another treatment, whichever you prefer.

Within 14 days of purchase, with no session used, you get a full refund. After that, unused sessions are refunded at the single-session price minus what you already paid, never below zero. Membership fees are refundable within 14 days of joining if no member benefit was used.

A package can be transferred once to another adult, who has their own consultation and medical exam before any treatment.

Change or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. With less notice, or if you miss the appointment, a $50 fee applies to a single session, or one session is used from a package. The first late change in a year is waived. Illness and emergencies are always waived.
